- This finance offering is strictly for treatments carried out at Waterfront Private Hospital.
- For larger procedures or those requiring an overnight stay, which are carried out at one of our external hospital sites, alternative finance options may be available through those hospitals. These may include longer-term agreements that could incur interest repayments.
- Finance can be used for most cosmetic and skin procedures; however, there may be some treatments where finance is unavailable. Our team will be happy to advise you on eligible procedures.
Cancellation and Early Repayment
- You can cancel the agreement within 14 days of approval without penalties.
- Partial or full early repayments can be made anytime at no extra cost.

1. Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes, you can make partial or full repayments at any time without any additional fees. Early repayment may help you pay off your loan sooner.
2. What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, a late payment fee of £26 may be charged. Missing multiple payments can affect your credit score and may lead to additional charges.
3. How will I know when my first payment is due?
Your first payment is due 30 days after the approval of your application. Omni Capital will notify you via email before the payment is taken.
4. Can I cancel my agreement after signing?
Yes, you have a 14-day cancellation period starting from the day after your Welcome Email is sent. To cancel, contact Omni Capital directly at 0333 240 8317 or via their postal address.
5. What is the minimum deposit required?
A minimum deposit of 10% of the treatment cost is required, with a maximum deposit of up to 50%.
6. What happens if I want to change my repayment terms?
You would need to discuss this with Omni Capital. Adjustments may require a new agreement.
